With the small die cut notch facing downward, write your identifying wine information on to The Wine Badge™ insert.

Slide The Wine Badge™ insert into The Wine Badge™ holder, aligning the notches on both pieces.

Peel the backing from the loop fastener and press firmly onto the top of your wine bottle.

Press The Wine Badge™ holder firmly onto the top of your bottle, and adjust badge as needed.

Slide The Wine Badge™ bottle bottom adapter over the end of your wine bottle and adjust until cross bar is taut.

Affix The Wine Badge™ holder to the (vertical) bottle bottom adapter clip and adjust as needed.
